The Roaming Butcher

The Roaming Butcher is a craft butchery located at 1200 Marshall St. They work with local farmers to harvest and package their steers, pigs, lambs, and goats for personal use or for wholesale or retail sale. They sell Smith Family meat products which can be found on their website, theroamingbutcher.com.

Rules and Extra Information

  • Due to limited storage space all orders must be picked up no later than 5 business days after notification has been made. Business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
    • If orders are not picked up within the stated period, a late fee of $5.00 will be assessed per business day after the initial period.
    • Orders will be forfeited to The Roaming Butcher if they are not picked up within 15 business days of the initial notification.
  • The Roaming Butcher will make contact for cutting order forms no more than 3 business days after the animals have been dropped off for slaughter. 
  • All cutting orders are final and there is no guarantee that a modification will be allowed after the initial order has been verified (unless otherwise specified)
